This stuff is amazing for resetting your gut. Post surgery, post anti-biotic, etc. Isn’t the easiest to take, as you’re making a shot (about 2-3oz) of liquid with the powder dissolved. Tastes chalky, and with a slight vanilla flavor. Not bad, but nothing you’ll crave. However, you’ll start to notice it working after just a couple of days. Excellent probiotics. It’s expensive though.

Good product, will be buying again.

I have been using this product now for several months and can say that it honestly has made a difference. I've tried other brands and other form factors, but this one seems to work the best in my experience. I like that it offers individual packets which make it great for traveling. Highly recommended.

It works, yet the price is too high compared to competitors that yield similar or better results. This probiotic was great.. But unrealistically expensive..

I used to buy these at a pharmacy while I was living in Germany and now that I am back in the States I'm so happy that I can order them on Amazon. I only have great things to say about these probiotics. I take the package with some water in the morning on an empty stomach. The flavor reminds me of watered down milk. I like the favor, does not bother me at all :)

This stuff tastes terrible! Even mixed in juice. Don’t put this in water. It’s gross. I mix it in smoothies. But I feel like it improved my gut health almost immediately. I also started taking digestive enzymes so it's hard to say if any one thing is causing the improvement (perhaps it’s the perfect combo) but this is the first time I’ve found something that works for me - and I’ve been trying for more years than I care to admit.
