Does it taste sour? Looking for really sour tasting vitamin c.

It is not really sour, but there is an after-taste you get when you drink anything diet. I really hate diet drinks, so these Vitamins were not for me. I gave them away.

How much magnesium is present in each tablet?

Vitamin C = 250 mg per lozenge. 1 serving = 2 lozenges = 500 mg. If you want to know magnesium, you'll have to calculate it yourself using the molecular weight. From quick google looks to me like about 13% as much magnesium per weight as Vitamin C = 32.5 mg magnesium per lozenge approximately.
