I needed this phone for my line of work. I looked around and finally found this one recommended by an employee of my business. Let me say that I have not regretted the purchase for one moment. I use this item consistently 6 days a week and it is upheld its weight in gold. It was packaged very carefully and Amazon shipped the item very quickly. The manual that is included is very thorough so I was able to set it up with no difficulty at all. This product has been very reliable and excellent durability. I have a daughter that loves to "play" with the headset portion since I just leave it in my workstation drawer. She loves to open the drawer and act like she is an operator and the headset portion of the item has held up very well....even for a 4 year old to play with. I love all the features of this phone for my customer service business and it complies with the dialer I am using with the call center features of the phone. There has been no interference or noise issues. I love the feel of the mic foam and how it conforms to the contours of my facial shape and it very very durable. Whether I wear the mic on the left or right side of my head, it is still comfortable. If you are looking for a durable, yet inexpensive headset that does not compromise quality, please do not hesitate to purchase!!! I waited purposely to post this review because I have purchased other headset phones that did not last this long. I am very very satisfied with this item!!! Thanks AGPtEK for a wonderful product!

Have been using this for awhile now and can't complain. Has a very piercing loud ring at the highest volume so it can be heard anywhere in the house. Was a little concerned about the headset quality when I first got it because it was very stiff and didn't seem to fit my head very well. After multiple uses though it has loosened up some and fits just fine now. Call quality seems to be very good, at least it is on my end and I haven't had any complaints from people I talk to. The noise cancelling feature seems to work well. I have a loud fan that rattles and had a window A/C right by my desk all summer and when I listened to a few of my recorded calls, they couldn't be heard at all. I actually can complain a bit about the headset "rest" that's provided with it. I tried to use it at first, but anytime I would pick up the base and move it, the thing would fall off. It's supposed to clip onto the bottom, but mine doesn't seem to fit right somehow and would never really latch. I tried over and over to slide it on all the way and would think it was attached right, just to have it fall off again the next time it got moved. I was also concerned that if I did use it, the way the earpiece fit into it would make the material wear out faster. Not sure if that would be true or not since I abandoned the holder and just lay the headset on my desk when not in use. Not really sure about any of the features included on it. I just use the on/off to answer/disconnect, mute button, and numbers to dial and ignore the rest. If I remember right, the directions weren't very specific or were confusing about how some of the features worked. Overall, I think it is a good value for the money spent. Would definitely recommend if you're like I was and are getting your toes wet with at home customer service and don't want to shell out a lot of money w/o knowing if you are going to continue long-term or not.

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS PHONE!!!! I am really kicking myself now that it took me so long to purchase it. I kept putting it off and putting it off, researching online the best phones for working at home. Long story short, this IS the best phone. The headset is clear and reversible, you can wear it on either ear. It's loud I can hear my clients and they can hear me. No more bad connections and people continually saying they can't hear me or me saying I can't hear them. I love the compact size, it's small and it fits right on my desk and doesn't take up too much space at all. I don't like the fact that the headset itself doesn't have a mute but the actually dial pad phone does and it turns the little green light a reddish green color when mute is on. Also the headset is adjustable and it fits really well. I use to have to hold my other headset to my ear especially when I was having issues hearing the person on the other line. Now with this headset I am TOTALLY hands free. I couldn't be happier and for the price... it really is a great buy!

Perfect little size that does exactly what I expected. Rings very loudly, Can hear callers clearly, Has a back-lit screen, doesn’t feel cheaply made although it is Made in China! If your working from home like I am an need a phone for your home office, this is perfect! I have to type while on the phone, so headset is very nice to have. You won’t regret this purchase. Does not require a power cable, only the standard telephone cable. Works with my Grandstream HT-802 right out of the box, no setup required besides to set the time which is really easy with the English instructions. You won’t find a better phone with a headset! I searched for hours before deciding on this and so happy now!

One star because it didn't do the main thing I needed it to. My biggest complaint is that these are NOT noise canceling. I tested it out with a friend & she said she could hear EVERY noise even with me talking over the noise because I know some headphones cancel out background noise while speaking. She also seemed to be having a bit of trouble hearing me at first until I adjusted the mic. These are 2 things I've seen a lot of people complain about in the reviews and they are absolutely right! Dialer works fine though.

the ring on it is horrible high pitched urgh, but the other features make up for it I guess for the price its a good starter, did hook up it seems clear talking, they heard me well on another end , OH don't do the music hold button OMG The worse music not even elevator stuff well Its a good starter product for cheap will be going to get a better one once I get my pay. I do like the headset tho comfy.. they really need to change the features on this tho

I used this for my W@H job and it is great! I had no issues with it at all... The sound quality is good, the fit is nice, and the mic is great... Nothing else needed just plug it in a go. The only one gripe I have is that when you hang up there is an annoying click and the display resets and the clock is not right until someone else calls you again with it. I am not sure if it is the unit or because I was using a cable phone service. Other than that it does what I needed it to do.

Llegó en tiempo y forma, funciona al 100,la calidad del audio es regular pero si debo reconocer que reduce el ruido externo,es suave la esponja y no lastima la diadema. Ya llevo casi tres meses usándolo y todo funciona correctamente.

Funciona muy bien y es de buen material, el único pero es que no me dieron factura.

Me gustó mucho, está muy cómoda se escucha muy bien me encantó!
