I need reward ideas! We do a weekly toy/game/book if she gets most, but hubby feels it's not good for her to get a material item weekly. Suggestions?

Maybe getting items weekly is too much. I bought this for my daughter and we set up chores weekly. I gave her one "Good job" magnet reward every time she did a good job. Then I told her she needs to collect 50 magnets to be able to buy her favorite toy/game or book. It worked and we are still doing that.

No it doesn't have a magnetic backing. We hung it on the wall. You could possibly get one of those hooks with sticky backing to hang it but it would be best on the side if the fridge instead of it banging against the door every time you open it.

You can write on the top with dry erase - it will come right off
