Do you have to rinse after washing with it?

So, many people in the UK. Put there dishes to soak in a tub of water with Fairy and then sponge them off and put to dry. So, hypothetically yes. However, I still rinse. It's pretty much Dawn dish soap, with a lovely scent.

Is this particular brand an antibacterial?

Idk if it is antibacterial but it cuts thru grease and other things! I use it on the burn marks that my dogs leave in the grass
