Great battery for Sony handycam
Needed this for a Sony handycam. These old cameras often have bad batteries and this replacement worked great and fit perfectly in my camera. Long lasting with no problems!

Working good in an early 2000s hi8 Handy Cam, just be careful with the fit
Having early 2000s handy cam that belonged to my grandfather, and of course the battery was totally shot. Bought this in mid October 2023, charged one time using the camera itself and it’s power adaptor, and have clocked several hours since then and it’s still full (end of December 2023). Seems like a good fit!Only issue is that you have to be careful inserting it into the camera, as it did wiggle out of place a few times when I first got it. Had to figure out exactly how to position it, where as the stock (but dead & useless) Sony battery doesn’t have this issue and sits much more reliably.Five stars for functionality, 3.5 for mechanical fit.

Doubled capacity of NP-PM50. Saved my old Sony DCR-PC100 digitalcorder.
Good quality -- almost doubled capacity. Fit perfect to my camcorder. Time will tell Longevity. I bought several types of rechargeable Kastar Batteries. They all quite good.
