I have only taken them for 2 weeks, but I really like them. I like taking them in the powder form on water. So much better than more pills. Flavor is nice and I have been feeling well.

This seems to be working fine. I've been dealing with massive dysbiosis in numerous lower systems for over 9 months. After my body not responding to any treatments after a month and a half I gave up and started to research on my own how I could help which involved a lot of alternative treatments and supplements. I've been taking high dosages probiotics for over a year, but I didn't realize you need specific types in order to address the lower areas in the body as many don't go past the gut. So, I started doing that and addressing different systems. It's been a long road and process, but I am starting to finally get relief. I take probiotics in the morning, in the middle of the day, and right before bed. Removing all or most of the sugar from my diet really helped. My skin has never looked better after doing all these probiotics, and I didn't realize so many of my skin issues would be resolved, so I don't plan on ever stopping probiotics. I think a lot of our foods are the reasons we are sick and everything is just toxic right now. Anyway, I took these packets daily. I didn't have any negative effects with them. Because I'm so used to high amounts of probiotics, It's not likely for me to notice problems unless my body reacts or there's something additional in there that causes problems. If you are new to probiotics, it may take you a few weeks while your body adjusts and you might have some digestive discomforts. I mix this with a little bit of water, and it says to wait a minute so everything activates. It legit smells just like cream of wheat. It doesn't really taste like much so it's easy to drink down. It's easy to mix up. Another reason I wanted this is because I have had some liver issues due to severe chronic health things that took me many years to overcome. I don't have any tests to show if this improved it, but I have been doing liver cleanses off and on because I intuitively knew I needed to. Anyway, no complaints..

I don’t know where these free product reviews are coming from, but I am paying $85 a box to tell you that after 2 months, it’s done nothing. So this is an honest review…… I had high hopes for this product, but it didn’t do anything, except waste my money
