Update: One year on and my cats are still loving this toy. Best cat toy I have ever purchased. We don't have a large room for this ( one reviewer complained UK has no big rooms for cats to chase the light) in fact we have a tiny home, but our cats still happily chase the light, they hide under a chair and pounce on it, it is in daily use.As for batteries, I use rechargeable batteries but I also plug it into my desktop computer base so it is on all day for them without using batteries. A+++Cats love it! We got rechargeable batteries and set it up and the cats went crazy. They adore it. I like the fact it changes movements to keep them guessing. When it stopped after 15 minutes they still hunted for it and were quite disappointed. Then it came back on a couple of hours later (it will repeat, 15 mins on and 1.5hrs or so off unless you physically turn it off.) Brilliant toy! Would recommend especially for indoor cats like ours that don't get to hunt outdoors. Pawfect!

The media could not be loaded. After getting a pen laser so I decided to get my cat this to occupy him whilst I’m working from home. He absolutely loves it (as you can see!) It has a few settings you can switch through which makes it more interesting and automatically switches itself on and off so he doesn’t have to wait for me to play.Couple of things... the battery option isn’t great and would likely cost a small fortune as they ran out after a few days but does have a usb power option which is must better. Also the mirror inside randomly started rattling inside (I was about to return it) but was quite easy to pop the window off and stick it back in place - after a few months use I haven’t had this issue again.I’d definitely recommend, as would the cat 🐈‍⬛

I cannot say is not worth it because is a good product for the money but the pattern of the laser is always the same and the speed is not so good for entertaining e bought my fur friends. They got tired of it after the second day.

Ny cats love it and it works as expected however I found the same thing much much cheaper in B&M so not really worth the money to be honest.

The laser tower does what it's supposed to but here are the caveats:- takes batteries, not a rechargable unit and batteries aren't included- cable it comes with is a relatively short USB Mini- Lowest setting doesn't work as the laser becomes blocked at it's lowest point causing the dot to vanish off of the floor- very noisy, forgot to turn it off one night and thought someone might be trying to break into the house

The media could not be loaded. I just discovered this laser and I don't know there is such a cat toy. Cats love moving lights and especially lasers. This automatic laser is great for cat fatigue and agility.In particular, I can say that it is really fun and fast. And it completely enchanted our cats. The beam is completely irregular so it helps cats to follow it by placing it in a more confined space.Even though it's a fun challenge and a good exercise to get them going up and down the stairs, the cat didn't get tired... :) It runs on electricity and charging. So no cable problem and no battery problem. Sometimes I have a lot of fun with my friend thanks to 3 different speed modes.I like this creative idea and toy. Thank you.

I got this for my dog as she loves lasers, best thing I ever bought. Don't need batteries as it plugs in and gives me 15 minutes of peace
