Hi, I just wanted to quickly share something I bought that has really been a success for me. I recently needed a reliable scale because I wanted to keep a real track of my weight and body fat. I found this Bluetooth scale, the Pohl Schmitt Weight Scales, and it’s been exactly what I needed. I love how easy it is to use: it connects quickly to my phone, I can see my progress, and track everything without any hassle. It also feels sturdy, well-made, and the readings are consistent. Every time I step on it after working out, I have a little moment for myself to see my progress and stay motivated. If you’re looking for something that helps you stay on top of your health and track your progress easily and reliably, this scale really works. For me, it’s been a total win.

WOW! I what an amazing scale for such a great price! Years ago I bought a scale that only measured weight and body fat for 4 times the price of this one. This one gives so much more detail! If you are easily offended by numbers, stay away from this scale. I was so sick of hearing people say “oh you’re not fat” or “you look great” when I’m obviously unhealthy and overweight. The PC culture is driving people to be happy/OK with being lazy, eating unhealthy, and getting fat. Why try to be healthy if everyone says it’s OK to be fat? I love this scale because it gives me the cold hard truth of where I am health-wise. And with all the information it gives, it helps motivate me to eat better and move more. When I see the numbers go down I feel better and it confirms I’m making healthy eating and exercise choices. I’ve only been using this for just under a week, but it has helped motivate me so much and keep my focus on my health. If you’re like me and ready to face the cold hard truth about your body, give it a try. For the price you can’t go wrong. I have an iphone updated to the latest OS and haven’t had a single issue with the app. I hope to someday meet my weight/exercise goal so I can get to a point where I can maintain a healthy weight. And I think this scale will be perfect for health/weight maintenance because it gives you so much info you can see where you might need to adjust (ie maybe more water intake or weight lifting).

Love this scale. The accuracy is great - compared with a shipping scale that cost $400 and it is spot in! Plus, it gives you so much more - BMI, body fat percentage, fat free body weight, subcutaneous fat percentage, visceral fat, water percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, protein percentage, BMR (your basal metabolic rate - how many calories you would eat to stay the same weight if you do no exercise, and even your body age! It’s amazing! And it graphs all the measurements over time! Also supports multiple users! The styling, as you can see, is gorgeous and it is small, sleek, and compact. I highly recommend this scale. I also have a water kettle from this same company because I love their style! Note: I’ve had the scale 3 weeks before I reviewed to be sure it maintained its accuracy and in case there were any “glitches.” There are none found, it’s just perfect for me.

Definitely on a smaller scale (pun intended)! It works great and the app is super easy to use. The mobile app is great but it is hard to click days to compare past weights. Not a super easy thing for me to figure out. But I love the information it gives and has been super accurate. Because the scale is small the number isn't terribly big, but I use the app so it's not a big deal. Over all I would recommend just be aware its not wide.

Love the technology and the advanced body information provided, i.e. BMI, body age based on weight and many other factors. Helps to give you focus on dietary needs in order to achieve fat loss and weight loss as well as what types of areas that need attention for overall health and longevity. I lost weight faster using the charts and concentrating my diet on foods that were better for my body needs.
