no issues seems to be quality paper, im just using it for derby car wheels at this time but I would say for a small value pack it was a good deal especially considering the finer grit assortment

Hand finishing some lapidary pieces. Very impressed with this sandpaper even at the 10000 Grit level I could see nearly immediate results without much effort. Have been able to go much faster than the old sandpaper I was using. As well, the sandpaper seems to have a lot of grit and it lasts a really long time.

After you have used your finest, say 420 grit. That’s as fine as I could find at Lowe’s. This is a repeat buy for me. You have to start with the lowest number and work your way up to the highest number. I have done firearms that you can run your hand across and it is so smooth to the touch that it brings you joy. I get it very smooth before I put a finish on it. Then I wipe a couple of coats of tung oil on, let it set up and start with this sandpaper. You will want this type of finish on a lot of things. It is slow and tedious and hard, but this sandpaper does not drag and tire your arm. It’s too fine. But it will load up. I have washed some with a scrub brush and it is very reusable. Sometimes after you have worked for an example a piece of 2000 grit and you think it has loaded. At that time it would be useful if you had a previously used and washed and dried piece so you aren’t moving from a used piece that has a lower cutting rate than when it was new. So I will use the bottom number pretty extensively before I move to a finer grit. This is good stuff.

They don't feel the same as others I've had, but they are still very good.

Good deal for (what appears, in my limited experience) to be of good quality. I used them to resurface a guitar pick guard I screwed up a clear coat on. I soaked small squares in lightly soapy H2O for a few hours before wet sanding. Would prob be better to go to 12000 or more before the buffing wheel, but I'll take a crack at it anyways

Lots of very fine grits here in a cost effective package. Only issue is the paper will roll up when when and stay rolled when it dries. I've had a few brands do this, even Imperial brand so it's not unique to these though. The strange part is not all the grits do. No idea why that is. But otherwise they've performed fine, especially if they're on a flat/smooth surface when wetted and they sort of glue themselves down.

It is really difficult to find finer grade sand paper, especially in smaller pieces so this was a great find. So happy with it. I use this for small plastic car modeling, and it is great. Easy to hold, and use, and each piece has a good surface. Good value, long lasting. Will definitely order again, when needed. Arrived very quickly, 2 days ahead of of delivery date given.
