What a wonderful product Tide has come up with. It gets my clothes clean and smelling good as well as hygienic. I use a washer in the apartment building and worry about clean and hygienic laundry, and this does the trick. It seems to clean very well without hurting my sensitive skin at all. It seems super concentrated so a little seems to go a long way, but I still fill it to the line on the cap. I have always loved Tide and think this is one of the best products they have come up with.

And everything from whites to colors to delicate fabrics retain their bright colors and there is no damage to delicates.Tide is the clear winner based on value and performance for value..For whatever reason, nothing beats Tide and the Tide stain remover stick for stains. I thin they use some enzyme formula that really seams to work!I don’t use the powder or PODS as a couple times they only partially dissolved and the powder seems to gunk up my washer lint filter. The liquid is the best for me!I also like the spout as it is dribble proof.Possible modifications: . Nice but I received it in wrong condition otherwise the product is good , less odor and cleans the stains well.

Updated review November 19, 2003:I feel its important to update a review when I find out I was wrong. Well, I was wrong in thinking I was ripped off because there was not 1090 ML as adevertised on the label. Actually, I ran out of this detergent yesterday and I used about 1320ML. That's actually 230 MORE millileters than stated on the bottle!!!The ONLY detergent that gets out tough stains better than this stuff is Persil. And the difference is very very very small. So small I miight even be just imagining there is a difference when there is none really. I have seen a study that said Persil is 2% better so, I might be influenced by that study.If I didn't have to consider price, I would prefer Persil because the smell of the washed clothese is (in my opinion) better than Tide. I don't know.I do NOT believe there are 37 FL ounces (1090 ML) of Tide detergent in the container that was delivered to me, on July 27 from Amazon. I measure my detergent in a shot glass, before pouring it into the dispenser. I usually use 1 ounce (30ml). But sometimes I use 1/2 ounce (15ml), Tide does work so well that I can get away with such a small amount. I'm keeping a log of the usage of this container and I'm really confident its NOT going to add up .I average 4.5 loads a week. So, this Tide should last me somewhere between 8 to 16 weeks. Again, I am keeping a log. I will come back and update this message when the container is finished.So what I am saying is, I will not be buying Tide from Amazon until I can confirm I didn't get ripped off. It’s Tide. What else do you expect?

As someone who supports American products even while living in the U.K., I’ve got to say Tide Hygienic Clean is easily the best detergent I’ve ever used. It gets clothes genuinely clean, leaves them smelling fresh, and feels like proper American quality. It is on the pricey side, but if the cost came down a bit, it’d be perfect. Still, worth every wash — nothing else comes close.

A fantastic option for white or light colour garments. Gets clothes clean and bright but may be a bit harsh for dark clothes if you’re hoping to prevent fading. It’s especially good for white kids socks that can get stained at school.

Works great and is fragrance free

Does what it states. Smells really nice too.

This is highly effective detergent but I find I only need about 30mL for a large load. I’ve repurchased this many times. Definitely a favourite. Works great as a pre-treatment for stains too.
