Will this drop pitman arm work on a 1984 Dodge Ramcharger with a 6 inch suspension lift?

Hi Peggy D, Try to find out what model power steering box is on the Dodge Ram Charger, if you can gather its specifications, such as the diameter and how many splines the power steering shaft has, then it may be possible for there to be a match, i installed this on 2000 Daimler Chrysler Jeep wrangler tj sport, your Ramcharger is Dodge/Chrysler, if the diameters and splines match it technically may work, not possative though. Keep seaching for drop pitman arm for your dodge, or find a certified welder and pay to have the stock one extended. Sorry i couldnt be more help, just keep searchin and researching, who knows, maybe someone who actually knows will respond to your question. Best of luck to ya and Happy New Year!!!

How tall is the pitman arm?

If you bought the 4inch lift kit, then it is offset 4 inches

i have a 2" lift do you guys think that it would be of any benifit to purchase this arm?

Don't think you would see any real benefit with a 2 inch lift. Anything above needs a drop in pitman arm to set alignment correctly. We installed on 1998 jeep wrangler w/ 4 inch lift. Perfect fit.
