Same as waterpik
This is just as good as any waterpik product I have owned, and it costs a third the price. Given that they are all made in China, I chose this one and I'm glad I did. No difference in performance and it has a compact footprint so it fits well on my bathroom vanity countertop. The knob that controls the power levels is smooth and gradually increases the pressure so you can easily find the right setting for comfort and effective cleaning. It includes every accessory tip needed.

I love this Turewell Flosser.
Great flosser! I've had a Water Pik forever & keep replacing parts. Last time I decided to try this. It works even better than my old WaterPik, which is now in the trash. The nice thing also is the brushes are readily available. WaterPik brushes work with the Turewell Flosser. You won't regret this purchase.

Good but not great water flosser
Bought this to replace a Waterpik that broke after 3 months. Pros for the Turewell: quieter than the Waterpik; suction cups on bottom of the unit keep it secure and probably contribute to the quieter running. Also smaller than Waterpik (though the reservoir does hold sufficient water), so fits well in a small bathroom. Cons: the on-switch also controls the strength of the water stream, so there is no way to set permanently your preferred intensity for the water flow. You have to adjust with each use. Also, the unit's strongest setting is not as strong as the Waterpik's. Instructions for cleaning are minimal and seem insufficient. I'm cleaning it according to the Waterpik instructions instead. Finally, the lid of the reservoir is not integral, so you have to set it aside when filling the reservoir. Overall, a pleasanter water flossing experience with a unit that has some design shortcomings. The price makes it a reasonable choice. I'll have to see if it holds up longer than the Waterpik did.

Love this!
Works better than the more expensive one I had. I like how it has suction in the bottom so it sticks to my counter. Been using it a while and it works great!

Water pic
Works wonderful. The second one I have bought . First one lasted almost 4 years. I use it three times a day every day. Lasted a long time. Highly recommend this water pic. Easy to clean.

This thing is junk
Where to start. Workedngood for 8 months. The pump is grinding and I have to hold down on tank to get to work. Now, the tips keep popping out of the handle making it useless. Says it has a 1 year warranty so I tried contacting the seller and Amazon says they handle all warranty for the seller. So I try and submit one and amazon says it cant be returned after 30 days. So this has been fun so far. Next I contact the manufacturer and after a month they said send receipt and a video of issue. So I did and waited 1.5 months. Not hearing back I emailed them again they said send a video, well I already did. Guess I'll just buy a new one, definitely another brand and maybe they will send me another chinese junk flosser.

Temperamental motor makes me have to fiddle with the device every time I use it.
This review is for: TUREWELL Water Dental Flosser for Teeth/Braces, Water Teeth Cleaner 8 Jet Tips and 10 Pressure Levels, 600ML Large Water Tank Oral Irrigator for Family(White) To understand the shortcomings I found with this Turewell device, I have to first explain how the WaterPik brand equivalent device works. I have both brands. With WaterPik, there is one knob on the base unit, a dial, that lets you adjust the speed of the water jet using settings from 1 to 10. There is, importantly, a separate on/off push button on the base that starts the pump (not to be confused with the flow switch on the hand-held wand that turns the flow on and off to the pipette). Having these two buttons on the base means you can dial in your preferred rate of speed of the water jet and NEVER HAVE TO TOUCH THAT DIAL AGAIN, only using the separate on/off button to start and stop the pump, then use the wand on/off switch to let water pass through the wand. However, the Turewell has only the dial numbered 1 to 10 on the base which also functions as the device on/off switch so once you dial in your sweet spot for jet speed you have to dial it back below the 1 setting in order to turn off the pump, in other words, turn off the device. This means, every single time you turn it on, you have to again find your sweet spot on the dial while the unit is running. Now, you might think what's the problem, just make note of the dial number that you liked. Nope, because I have found that the pump speed is not consistent with the same dial number from instance to instance. Lame. So, I have to play around with finding the sweet spot while the jet is spraying, every time I use it. Then, while the WaterPik always has a nice continuous flow of water at any speed, the Turewell at higher speeds acts like a Roman candle on the 4th of July, pulsing balls of water at your gums (it hurts!) and if you turn it down then you get a weak stream. The sweet spot that you found before remains elusive. I have played with it enough that I seem to have figured out the temperamental motor but it's nowhere as nice as my WaterPik. Then, most times when I turn it on, again by turning the dial from its unmarked zero point to any higher number, the pump turns on even when the wand switch is still off, which I would expect, but some times the pump stays off until I activate the wand's switch. I think that's weird. The first time this happened that the pump stayed off like that, I thought the cheap unit broke on me. Don't know why it occurred to me to operate the wand switch in that moment but I did and then the entire device came to life and started shooting those Roman candle water balls all over the place. Geez, what is with this device that I have to fiddle with it like this? I bought my WaterPik several years ago when it was $59.99 and I had a $10.00 Amazon coupon so I paid only $49.99. I wanted to buy a second one recently but now the same WaterPik costs $89 or $99 which is too high. So, I tried this Turewell and I kinda regret it, cheapskate that I am, but because I've come this far with it, I'll keep it, but boy if WaterPik would only come down in price I would jump on that brand again. Perhaps this device's idiosyncrasies are not an issue with other people but there they are for your evaluation. I hope this review helps anyone. UPDATE: I bought this in Feb 2025 and now it is Aug 2025. About a month ago or so this temperamental motor started acting like it should. It no longer pulses the painful cannon balls but instead gives a steady stream and I can crank the dial to 9 or 10 and get a consistent force of water from use to use. The motor now turns on once I turn the dial away from zero and no longer occasionally relies on me operating the switch on the wand itself. I'd say it now acts the way it should have acted from the very beginning. I'll still say the Waterpik stream seems a bit smoother but perhaps the choice of tube on the end of my wand is not identical between the two brands.

Good design and quality flosser
This water dental flosser has been a really great addition to my oral care routine. The build quality feels solid, and the materials feel durable and well-made. One of my favorite features is the discreet lid design that neatly stores all the cleaning tips—it keeps everything organized and easy to access without clutter. The 10 pressure levels offer good control, and the water jet has strong, effective cleaning power that leaves my teeth feeling much cleaner, especially around braces and tight spaces. The 600ML tank is also a nice size, so I don’t have to refill it constantly. Overall, it’s a well-designed, powerful, and convenient oral irrigator that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I’m very happy with it.
