MZS Black Motorcycle Brake Clutch Levers Adjustable Short CNC Set

These are a nice quality lever! Bought these just to clean up the bent and broken levers that were on a used bike that I purchased. The price was right and I really like the size of these. They're definitely easy to pull and the fit was perfect for my '09 KLX 250s. I like the red little adjustment crank on the black lever. Looks cool and highly functional. At first I was a little skeptical on these and how much control it gave you but was pleasantly surprised with having quite a few different settings of adjustment. They work great!

I like the feel of the levers. However I do with the spacers were also included with the levers kit. I had the OEM levers still on my 2025 Suzuki GSX 8R and the spacers seem permanent instead the OEM levers unfortunately. Also they seem too large to fit inside the new levers. I am hoping the seller will read this and send me new hardware for the Suzuki GSX 8R to use with the new levers.

I’m giving these levers 4 stars because while they look great and function well, they weren’t a direct fit for my 2006 CBR600RR specifically the clutch lever. For the price, though, you can’t complain too much it’s way cheaper than higher end options like ASV. The main issue was with the clutch pivot spacer. The one supplied with the lever didn’t fit the OEM clutch bolt, and the OEM spacer wouldn’t slide into the MZS clutch lever either. If you run into the same issue, here’s what I did: I wrapped sandpaper around a drill bit and carefully sanded the inside of the clutch lever where the spacer goes. Then I lightly shaved down the OEM pivot spacer. After about an hour and a half of careful work, I got the OEM spacer to fit about 3/4 of the way in—then tapped it in the rest of the way. Not ideal, and I don’t recommend forcing it, but so far it’s working with no issues on the clutch side. The front brake lever, on the other hand, was a perfect bolt on fit no problems there. In short: these levers are a great value and perform well once installed, but be ready to do a little DIY work on the clutch side if you’re using them on an 06 CBR600RR. A better fitting pivot spacer would’ve made this a 5-star product.

I had to buy the GSX1000 and GSX750 model because they didn't have in blue for my GXS8S but thankfully it fit like a glove the color blue isn't the same but it's really close and I love it. If you struggle shifting or breaking with the stock levers I highly recommend to try any other aftermarket levers it would make a lot of difference.

Okay, so overall, these receive great reviews across the board. With that being said, a handful of people have left some VERY concerning reviews regarding these being dangerous. This is regarding the brake lever. From what read, it has to do with the lever not allowing the master cylinder plunger to fully disengage, potentially causing the front brakes to overheat and potentially seize. I WILL say that the front lever did allow no relief at all between the cylinder plunger and the lever. Would it have caused an issue? I can't say. What I WILL say is it was a pretty easy fix. The OEM lever provided about 1-1.5mm of relief between the lever contact point and the master cylinder plunger. I simply filed down the lever, and polished the contact point to mimic the OEM lever relief of 1-1.5mm. Problem solved. Now, for the positives. First off, these are gorgeous. They appear super well made, and are gorgeously anodized red. The are well adjustable. Even the packaging was top tier. Both the clutch and brake fit my GSXR750 *almost* perfectly (see above lol). For the price, they can't be beat. Please just verify that the fit well and aren't potentially going to cause any problems. Some reference these as being plastic. They are actually aluminum. They're comfortable, with well travel, and feel great bolted on. I can't comment on durability as I just installed them, but I feel they should likely hold up very well.

Bought a set for my KLR650 (2015). The clutch lever fit no problems. The brake lever isn't even close to factory specs. The point at which the lever impacts the hydraulic brake is entirely too long when compared to factory. I tried to sand the nub down to fit, still too long. So, now that Ive tried to make it work, i dont imagine theyd take it as a return. TLDR: Gen 2 KLR650, clutch fine, brake is way off.

I'm actually impressed with the build quality in these the only thing I wish I had checked before buying is the length. Perfect fitment for my z125 it's just the levers are longer than the handlebar. I'm gonna replace the grips with new ones anyways so it's not an issue for me just make sure to check the length before buying 😅 not super thick and lightweight so to any biker girls, I would def suggest getting these.

Look good on Honda CBR650R 2025 with eclutch. Match the colour scheme and look much better than the original levers. Also much easier to adjust and more comfortable with shorter levers.
