EXCELENT!
I've purchased 3 or 4 chromatic harmonicas from every major manufacturer. All the top makers; Hohner, Seydel, Suzuki. This was my first Easttop and I'm very pleased on three fronts; tone, durability, and price. Improvements? A wooden cover option, both for tone and feel. (The metal covers can be slippery and bright). I'm looking forward to purchasing the EPT model with the titanium comb when it becomes available. BTW if you know the Suzuki G48, this model has the same half-round mouthpiece and the wooden covers of the G48 which will fit perfectly with minor relieving of some of the wood material on the inside of the covers, top and bottom. I've been told by a master technician that the reeds are interchangeable with Suzuki reeds. All this at 1/2 the price of a G48. At this point, I will STFU and practice.

Hey, cowboy, what's' that in your holster?
Got the new 12-hole C chromatic Easttop about a week ago. Important: super smooth, easy to play, and tasteless. I've played Japanese, German, and Chinese harmonicas. German were my favorites till I got this Easttop. But now the Easttop is. Comparisons are a bit unfair though, because the Hohners have had no maintenance for several years. Unimportant: Today I walked into the living room. "Hey, cowboy," my wife said, "What's that in your holster? A pistol?" I whipped out the new Easttop and blew a few notes. "Wow!" she said. "That a tool for peace, not war!" Unimportant, continued: nice holster, thoughtful inclusion of some spare parts (a few screws and a spare spring) that maybe one in 300 customers will ever use, but I saved em. Anyway, it's really good. Recommended.

Excellent quality and playability.
Very nice chromatic harmonica. All of the notes are strong and in tune. It functions as well as any harmonica I own.

They Ghost You
Purchased expensive harmonica, does not work out of the box, they've been ghosting me for several weeks. Nothing back from support, ignored completely. Don't even think of buying a harmonica from these people. They are not reputable.

Looks nice slide feels good
This is the 3rd easttop 12 hole purchased in 2 weeks. The first one delivered , looks well made, weight feels good/sturdy ,and the slide not loose or noisy. The most important sound test . First few holes ok clear sound ,easy to switch between sharps and flat. I jumped up to higher register 11 and 12 hole...felt like it was blocked forced notes no clear sound. I tried to draw and all i got was a high pitched squeal. I figured maybe it needed to warm up i put it down some time came back played some more on it. I sent it back figured maybe that it was a defect. I sent back got another again same issue. Ok i figured maybe it was the model i chose which is a step below my current purchase. I decided to upgrade to this current model. Same issue again! When you draw i get a squeal noise when i blow i dont get clear note but mostly air. Mind you I know this is right out the box but i should be able to get a good decent sound up and down the instrument. Especially for the price range. Repairing or adjusting should not be the first thing i need to worry about right away! Ive purchased a 10 hole chromatic hohner had it for years no issues. Ive even purchased diatonic easttop no issues especially right out the box! Easttop im seriously disappointed in your 12 hole series chromatic harmonica. You really need to step up your quality sound control before you sell to customers! Buyer beware

Air tight and we’ll tuned
Playing this harmonica is a joyful experience and plays and sounds as good as my Hohner. And priced well under name brands from Germany.

Really fun
I would've given it 5 stars across the board, but I haven't gotten used to its tendencies or have any experience with other chromatic harmonicas to know how it truly compares. It takes some air adjustment from a diatonic, for sure.

I preferred the cheaper model
I found that this was not as good as their cheaper model I was very disappointed and returned to this as I thought the tuning was not as good as well however I will say the manufacturing quality is exceptionally good and the case that it comes with is beautiful but does not worry the difference in price

For the price,excellent.
At the outset I am giving my review of Upgraded chromatic harmonica. Amazon, or or seller or manufacturers club all reviews of their chromatic Forerunner, or Kingsway, or updated Forerunner etc together that you will be confused before selecting one. Buying a harmonica on line is a gamble. Flawed one cannot be returned back. To my luck all reeds are working and in tune. I have one recently purchased Suzuki SCX 64, C in holes 4&5 are muffled. I could not do much to repair . Another easttop Forerunner without valve. I played Hohner 270 long back but don't remember tone. What I find this harmonica sound quality has a little glassy tone than a dark of SCX. Back pressure is good. Slider is soundless and smooth. For this price of this is good one, no doubt. But Suzuki sound is louder and costs around 25-30% more but it's working had to be left to your fate. This upgraded sound is sweet but not dark for playing jazz and value for money is excellent. Finally after playing 4 diatonics and two chromatic of Easttop I found all had excellent value for money and performing excellently which I didn't find in Hohner or Seydel or Lee Oscar or Suzuki harmonicas both diatonics or Chromatics. A good player never bothers about apperance.
