This book is genius!
This book is genius! The author takes every day food scraps which we normally just thow away or put into the compost bin and turns them into proper food! I've just made some Apple core syrup from apple scraps. Delicious! Also, who knew you could make a decent banana bread from banana skins! Anyway, a great book whether you want your food to stretch further or you just want to try a new take on cooking. Easy instructions and a really nice book to look through. I'm so pleased I discovered it.

A wealth of knowledge!
I really like this book! I bought it for my high school classes as a resource when teaching about food waste. There are a wealth of recipes, from simple too complex. If you're looking for inventive ways to use food scraps, and parts of foods that you wouldn't think could be eaten, then you need this book. It really makes you think about our food system, and what parts of foods we throw away.

Very useful—original
This book has a lot of information not duplicated in other books. I find it quite useful for utilizing more of my food.
