Ce couvre plateau en caoutchouc est parfait sur ma platine Audio Technica LP120X,bien meilleur que la feutrine d'origine qui colle aux disques à chaque fois,ce qui est vraiment pénible à la longue.C'est simple,c'est un tout bête couvre plateau,bien fini,ni trop fin ni trop épais,bref que du bon.

I bought this siiicone rubber mat to replace the wool felt mat which came with my Rega Planar 3 turntable. Sonically, I was more than satisfied with the felt Rega mat but the problem I had with it was that seemed to attract dust and static to the extent that when I removed records from the turntable the mat would stick to the record which would be covered in dust after sitting on the mat. I'm not having that problem with the Hudson silicone rubber mat and my records still sound great using the Hudson mat which looks great on my turntable and appears to be well made and of good quality. Very good value.

My final journey of improving my audiophile sound system for my LP collection started with upgrading my stylus - it greatly helped primarily because of the stylus raising my awareness of multiple channels it picked up from the original recordings (sweetened tracks I never knew existed), but I still noticed, in particular as many have mentioned that the bass tones were a bit muddy. I kept considering both cork and rubber styles, but I went with rubber not only after consulting with a DJ friend and brother, but because I could tell I had an issue with static and wanted to minimize it. I must say that I could tell immediately that the mat solved both the bass response and the static issues. My best test always involved playing a work I'm completely familiar with aurally - I know what to expect and I can pick a work that emphasizes a range that "tells" on whatever was added or changed to note whether it really made a difference. My go to for this test is "The Kenny Rankin Album", one of my all time favorites particularly because it was recorded live in the studio with strings and live bass lines - a true collision course for any system. At any rate, what I've noticed in particular is what I now didn't realize - that the rubber completely eliminates slippage in a way I hadn't realize was so impactful, adding a crisp playback to my sessions, also eliminating extraneous track noise....the stylus rides the groove perfectly. Great addition to your system, highly recommended.

Está genial, no aprecio muchas diferencias en el sonido porque mi equipo es muy austero (tocadiscos con previo integrado + altavoces activos), pero desde luego que es mejor que la clásica alfombrilla de fieltro que viene de serie y se ve que la silicona es buena.Creía que al ser algo pesada afectaría a la reproducción de los discos, pero no me ha dado ningún problema.Como contras diría que quizá el polvo que se le pega cuesta un poco quitarlo, pero no es nada del otro mundo.Con todo esto recomiendo su compra.
