Fuel safe? Fuel permanent? More like Fuel Semi-Permanent.
Seems to be a good sealant, but I think it falls short because of all the ethanol on our gas here in the US. I purchased this sealant to seal a fuel pump ring bolted onto the top of an Aluminum fuel cell for my offroad vehicle. It held GREAT for what was probably 6-7 months, and then I noticed a little leak, then I noticed the area was consistently wet, and getting brown from the sealant running out.I have not emptied and fixed the leak yet as it will be a pretty big pain to do. This Sealant is alcohol soluble and I used rubbing alcohol to clean up the extra sealant that got on and around the fuel cell ring after finishing it up, and it did dissolve it and allow me to wipe it right up. I believe the ethanol in our fuel here is what caused my leak by compromising the seal over time. It is definitely not a case of the cell flexing and the seal breaking since the leak looks like a brown "stain" on the top of the aluminum cell. This sealant is a mud brown, meaning there is dissolved sealant flowing out with the leaking fuel.

The condition of product when it was delivered. Box opened on both ends and tube was dented on top.
Haven't used the product yet, but will be using it on some mechanical work

Does what it should
She sealed all my tight little cracks and gaping holes. Made the duct tape stick waaaayyyyyyy better. Honestly it works well and hasn't leaked either. Used when rebuilding a 2011 EJ25.It looks like it would be good on ice cream, but it most certainly is not.
