Also, it did not come with any instructions or other ancillary items that I would expect a new unit or a refurbished would come with. I did not complain or return it because I needed the extra battery and power cord for a unit I have like it. In my opinion this supplier is not a credible dealer.

Did not work
I chose this rating because this was not what I expected to receive when I purchased it. This was supposed to be a "REFURBISHED" unit but instead it seemed to be a returned unit that was not working.
