I love this storage system!! Right now I am doing Diamond Painting and have to deal with several different colors to complete the pictures. The tiny beads that are used fit so nicely into the containers, and with the four different sizes in this set, there is plenty of room for my beads. The fact that you can purchase the containers separtely makes this an ideal purchase and a great accessory for the craft room. I am so glad I purchased this!

Am a repeat customer because I love the functionality of these storage boxes. One look is enough to tell me what beads I have and the estimated quantity left. I turned most of the internal boxes around on purpose so as not to reveal the details of my materials. The delivery was also prompt and the two items packed in good order.

PROS: 4 sizes of bead containers, flip top is the entire size of the top of the container, both containers and box are easy to open, containers are very sturdy when sitting on a flat surface, clear lid to see what's inside, comes with labels to label containers including price, easy to organize and use different sizes in each row, easy to latch, beads are safe if the tray spills (individual containers do not open and spill beads). CONS: Not easily portable, a stack of them is quite heavy. This storage system is perfect for my needs. As you can see from the photos, I have collected quite a number of beads (I actually have 7 trays of beads, this is just a sample). I didn't want to have 3-4 types of containers like I was amassing because they don't always stack to neatly. I bought a few of these to see how they'd work. I was afraid the tiny containers wouldn't work for anything I have due to the size of the beads I use and that I'd need way more of the larger containers. To my delight, these containers work perfectly for me! I have all of my beads sorted by composition (stone, glass, acrylic, seed) and combos of these based on shape or size. Turns out I have plenty of 3mm and 4mm stone and glass beads that I had gotten by single strands and they fit nicely into the smallest containers. My larger stone beads fit a good amount in the larges bead container and I keep whatever didn't fit in ziplocks in my desk. After I had nearly everything in the 45-piece BSS, I bought an empty one with a selection of the largest size and some of the 1" tall size. I labeled each box on each side with the contents (Seed, Glass Colors, Large Stone, Stone & Glass, etc.) so I can easily go directly to the one I need. Using the lidded beading tray, I pull out everything but metal findings and seed beads and put those trays to the side, then I pull out the metal beads and findings, as well as the seed bead containers I want and keep them next to the tray, opening when I need to pour some out to use. Previously, I had the larger Darice trays with the open sections and I used a baby spoon to scoop out what I needed, which always ended up with some beads dropping between the storage tray and the beading tray. I have not spilled any beads since I started using these containers! (I still use the baby spoon to scoop up and put away beads from the tray to the containers when a project is done and now, I can put the bead containers right next to what I'm scooping up.) When I go to craft weekends with friends, I have a XXL scrapbooking wheeled tote and these fit PERFECTLY in it! I can tip one sideways behind a stack and there's nothing to fear. The latch may come loose on one side, but I use two hands to pull it out and nothing is amiss. I even have the tool caddy, a deeper version of this tray with removable components for the tools and wire and such. I tried them. I love them. You will too. Was intrigued when I saw this storage system, seemed like it just might be exactly what i needed, but it was pricey, plus i've tried so many things that seemed promising. Then amazon dropped the price and I bit. Arrived yesterday and i spent the morning sorting all my boxes, tubes, and packets of beads into it - I love it so much more than I thought I would. I ordered a 2nd one today. Pros: Sturdy and well-made. The outer lid snaps on nicely and holds all the containers very well, they aren't going to fall out. And then the lid removes easily and out of the way. You can do your beading on the top of it, if you want. There's a rim to catch any stray beads. The little containers are great, lids snap tight, but open wide. I like how easy it is to see everything you have, how you can configure the container sizes for your specific beads and needs. The set is stackable. I'm putting all my findings in a 2nd one, and pretty sure I'll be getting a 3rd one just for my charms. You can tell beaders designed this thing. It's very functional and also seeing all your beads is inspiring. Also you don't keep buying dupes! Cons: Only con, and it's a very small one, is I wish the outer lid snapped on a bit more snugly. It's not loose by any means, it fastens well, i'm just persnickety like that. I'm only one day in on this, so who knows how well it will all hold up. I'll update if my opinion changes down the line. For now, i'm super happy with it. I hope they don't discontinue it.
