My favorite of all the Tru beverages.

Not a yucky artificial sweetener tasting drink. A good mild alternative to soda when you want a bit of something besides water. I tried a variety pack & liked this & one other . No caffeine, so drink in afternoon & evenings for me.

I recently tried the True Defend Pineapple flavor, and it's quickly become one of my favorites. It’s very refreshing and I liked it. It has a lot of vitamin C. I tried the pineapple this time, but I want to try the Apple kiwi next time. It was a nice light drink with no caffeine so I didn’t explode after my workout and I felt very hydrated.

Good product well packaged just didn’t like the taste that much.

I have to give Tru a 10/10! I’m usually not the biggest fan of seltzers but these are amazing. The fizz is just right and the flavor of these pineapple ones is delicious. I’ve been drinking them before the gym or in the morning with breakfast! My fiancé usually isn’t a fan of seltzers either and loves them before the gym as well!
