Will these lenses protect my eyes from gama radiation during my intergallactic space flight home?

These glasses have a UV-400 rating which means that they block the entire UV spectrum. They block wavelengths from 0 - 400 nm which includes UVA, UVB, and UVC. In addition they block visible blue light from 400 - 490 nm. So yes, they protect from UVC.

do they have a vent on top that helps prevent fogging?

These glasses are not all encompassing, so vents would be superfluous. They cover the corner of your eyes, but they do not seal around them. They can still fog up when you are wearing a mask and breathing hard.
