According to the product label on my bottle that I received ... no. I purchased this about 6 months ago. Consider the manufacturer's website. THanks, Ron

I followed the directions exactly as stated on the bottle. Apply with a dry cloth in circular motions. When hazy (a few minutes), wipe off. I have never left it on longer than recommended, so I can't answer the last part of your question.
