These worked perfect as replacements on my Thompson Center Omega sights. From many years in the woods,I lost or broke my fiber optics rods and these worked perfect as a repair.

The fiber in my Axcel aperture cracked and was no longer bright enough for aiming. I wasn't sure what size fiber to get, but I knew it had to be flexible. This set of replacement fibers is very affordable for some good quality bright fibers. Installing it was tricky and this fiber proved to be flexible enough to fit the contour of the aperture.

No red received, or it’s not really discernible which is red and which is orange.

lost the fiber optic on my ruger target pistol. bought these, used 1/2" long piece heated each end with butane lighter carefully. and it was fixed, just as bright as the original. took another pistol without sights and superglued a 1/2" piece to the front sight and a horseshoe piece for the back sight, not quite as bright as the first one but way better than nothing. stick a wire in the hole for the fiber optic and measure the wire to figure out what size you need.

ok this is a short term review, my initial thoughts. if it goes good or bad I’ll update this review. I bowhunt super hard, for years i would order replacement fibre from ‘nanooptics’ there fibre is amazing but at 5 times the price point of AKEPO i figured id order & see how it looks. my initial impression is the fibre is bright, and durable. melted beautifully 👌 it came undamaged in secure packaging. thank you Akepo for helping out the regular guy!!
