is this pack 100% coconut or mixed with palm oil?

It used to be a combination of both coconut and palm. The newer batches are 100% Coconut Oil. Unfortunately I don't know when they made the change.

Please, i need to make sure that is all organic. what is the difference between brain octane and organis mct oil?

Hope this helps. "Where is the coconut oil sourced from? Is it environmentally sound?" The coconut source in Brain Octane comes from sustainable, organic coconut plantations across Southeast Asia. I copied and pasted this for you from the "FAQ" section for Brain Octane on the Bulletproof.com website. Here is a link where you can read all the info regarding Bulletproof Brain Octane right from the source. https://www.bulletproof.com/brain-octane-oil-32-oz I use it everyday, 2 tablespoons in my Bulletproof Coffee.

How highly refined is the coconut oil? is it enough to be coconut allergen free like fda highly refined coconut oil?

I'm guessing that it's extremly highly refined since the product is a completely clear liquid but I don't have a coconut allergy so I can't speak for it being completely allergen free.
