Never buying chalk paint again!
This is a fantastic product, make use of old paint you have or pic the exact color of paint you want and just add this, easy to use and effective and a lot cheaper then buying premade chalk paint.

Forgiving and easy to work with.
I ordered this to wax a baby changing table I had done a repurpose on for our nursery in green chalk paint. I love how deep and rich the color is. It is extremely soft and dries pretty quickly, so be mindful of that. I’ve worked with other waxes over chalk paint before and this dries and cures MUCH faster than anything else I’ve worked with. I applied it for this project using a chalk paint/wax round brush and we waited a bit for it to debut before adding more and removing in a circular motion. If you mess up and need to remove, adding more will soften the existing wax enough to get any excess off the project. It is not incredibly dark like some waxes and it’s pretty forgiving. I do like that the quick dry time equals a relatively quick cure time as well! Pictures included for reference.

Nice product.
Easy to apply and has a great smell. It was my first time applying a wax to chalk paint and I found the product was easy to work with .

Rich dark paste wax that enhances chalk paint with a smooth, protective finish and subtle beeswax
The wax applies easily with a cloth and buffs to a nice, even sheen. The dark tint adds depth and subtle aging to chalk paint without looking muddy, giving pieces a richer, more finished look. It leaves a smooth, protective surface that feels slightly silky and helps repel light dust and fingerprints. The mild beeswax scent is pleasant and not overpowering. The 6 oz tin is a practical size that lasts through multiple projects with minimal waste. The only minor drawbacks are that it requires a bit of elbow grease to buff thoroughly on larger surfaces, and the dark color may be too intense for very light chalk paint shades. I’ll update after a couple of months to report on long-term durability of the finish, how well it protects against wear, and any changes in appearance over time. This is a high-quality dark paste wax that beautifully enhances and protects chalk-painted and wooden furniture. It’s a good choice for adding depth and a soft sheen to distressed or farmhouse-style décor. I’d recommend it for DIYers and furniture refinishers looking for an easy-to-apply finishing wax.

Easy to use, even in the smallest quantities.
Works great, easily turns regular acrylic paint into chalk paint when added with water to the paint. The paint finish looks opaque and smooth. My only problem was that the recipe is for larger quantities of paint (quarts and pints) and I used this for smaller craft projects requiring at most a quarter cup of chalk paint at a time. I was able to make small batches using teaspoons of water, Chalk-Tique and crafter's paints. The results were great!
