I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought it to help burn more fat as part of my goal to lose 30 kg, and I heard that L-Carnitine could be helpful. At first, I was only taking one pill before training, but after doing some research, I found out I might need two pills (1,000 mg) per day for full benefits. Now I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon before training. It does seem to give me a bit of energy, but I’m not sure if it’s a noticeable difference yet. I’ll keep using it and hope to see more results over time.

I still can not see results since I started taking this.

There is good research showing the effectiveness of this product on patients on Accutane experiencing muscle and joint pain, so this is really a reliable supplement! My experience was very personal and due to an underlying condition. I just want to say thank you to the seller for their professionalism, and commitment with the customer. Original review: I don’t want to say the digestive issues will be true for everyone taking this supplement, as I have IBS and a really sensitive tummy. My dermatologist prescribed this to deal with muscle and joint pain caused by Accutane. I took it a few days and could not bear the bloating and indigestion issues. They disappeared after stopping the supplement.

Works great but I wish there was a bigger size to purchase since I take 4 capsules per day, which only lasts me 15 days.
