What is in the cleaner/conditioner

I have checked all over the bottle but the ingredients are not listed. It is an oily product with a very slight linseed oil aroma. the 118ml is very small so if you are really into cleaning, might consider larger supply. Frankly, I find baby oil working just great but of course, this might not fit all people....good luck.

Will this conditioner have to be rinsed out before painting again? my bob ross brushes i just bought says not to use with water.

Clean the brushes with Bob Ross Odorless Thinner then with your fingers work a small amount of Bob Ross Brush Cleaner and Conditioner into the bristles. Then re-dip the brushes in Bob Ross Odorless Thinner and blot dry the brushes with a paper towel and use your fingers to shape them back to their original form. It states only a hint of brush cleaner should remain in the bristles and before your next painting make sure to dip them in Bob Ross Odorless Thinner and blot dry them with a paper towel.

I just bought odorless mineral Spirits as opposed to Bob's odorless paint thinner. I'll try this with it?

The Bob Ross Brush Cleaner and conditioner is used to clean your brushes. Work it through the brush and wipe it out. It works very well, I use it in my studio.

Will pink soap perform just the same?

Do not Liquid Soap. The Brush cleaner really works keeping the bristles nice and soft, even if their not used for several months.You only use a dab or two, on your fingers and gently rub the bristles. And there is no odor. And when your ready to paint again, just wash in paint thinner. Hope this helps.
