All Solgar supplements that I have purchased through Amazon have been packaged and delivered with care. Solgar products are high quality products. This particular supplement eliminates my knee joint pain and when I stop (trying to save $), my pain returns. I’ve been taking these for years. In addition, the expiration date has been years out (2028). I have read reviews regarding supplements received on Amazon that had either expired or near expiration. I, too, experienced that issue over a year ago and I called to state my dissatisfaction and asked for a replacement, which I received. I also gave feedback stating that I enjoy the convenience of buying on Amazon and hope they could do better on their quality control on the supplements expiring so I won’t have to shop elsewhere. From that point onwards, all the supplements I have bought on Amazon have had expiration dates way into the future. Thanks Amazon!

The negative challenge: I have purchased this product according to Amazon something like over 30 times. I never run out. I have no or minimal joint pain, ever. I always believed it was a cumulative effect despite the reviews saying it worked in a few days. I ran out! I waited about a week accidentally and noticed I was stiff in the morning, and both knees hurt when I started to stand up or was at the gym. Past results not predictive of your future success; we are all unique biological beings. But I just re-ordered and started a subscription. Try it for yourself. I would not have predicted this from stopping the product and I take many supplements. But for myself, I won't run out again. Yes the tablets are big but I personally have no problems swallowing them; others may. I previously took the Solar product with slightly lower strength. But this time I increased it. When I am pain free again, I may decrease it to the slightly lower dose. I hope this helps somebody. And yes, expensive. You can find cheaper products. But compare the strength first.
