Great Quality & Flavor
I have been using this brand of Mascarpone cheese for years, and it is the absolute best for recipes. It is rich, creamy, and always has the best, creamy flavor. It is easy to use and has a longer shelf life than other brands I have tried. I am unsure about its overall spreadability since I normally use it for making tiramisu and various types of thick, creamy sauces or other desserts. Best price I have seen it for in years.

So fresh and creamy. The price is unbeatable compared to the grocery stores. Put on specialty crackers or plain saltines,top with a drop of raspberry jam and it's the perfect snack or fancy it up for a very easy appetizer.

Mixed a container of marscapone with a jar of pasta sauce and diced Italian sausage and cooked tortellini. Serve with garlic bread.

This mascarpone has a really rich and creamy texture that tastes fresh and high quality. It works great for desserts like tiramisu, but I’ve also enjoyed using it in recipes and spreads because of how smooth and flavorful it is. For the quality, I think it’s a great value for the money. A little goes a long way, and the taste feels much more premium compared to cheaper alternatives. Definitely something I’d buy again!
