I got it without any scratches but the handle was not firm.

Bad properties not like advertised
In the first week it worked fine as a non stick. Now after sometime no matter how much oil you use whatever you cook sticks to it. Not worth the money at all

Bought with discount
Bought with a discount, and Amazon was great with their customer service. This pan is really high quality, nothing sticks to it! Take good care of it though, because as any pan it requires care! COlor is beautiful too! AM planning to buy full set from GreenLife in turquoise color! My recipes work great in this pan and can't wait to try all other pots for my cooking adventures!

Good Pan.
So far so good, but only wash with hot water and a sponge. I think that is the secret.

Properly non-stick
A few weeks in use and nothing has stuck at all, easy to clean as everything just wipes off. Feels robust so expecting years of use ahead.
