Q: Does the speck case allow for MagSafe accessories? Like the wallet?

No. Just bought a MagSafe wallet today and it does not hold. I think this case is too thick. Same with my mag safe charger. Even though the box says mag Safe compatible, it’s not

Q: Could I thread a wrist strap through the holes on the bottom corner?

No there aren’t any holes for a wrist strap but if you really wanted to you could put one threw the speaker cut outs

Q: How high is the "lip" around the camera as well as the front face of the phone?

It’s about the thickness of two credit cards.

Q: Does this case fit iPhone 12 Pro Max fit too tight?

Too tight was not my problem. My issue was with the volume buttons and button on opposite side . I wind up cutting those sections out.
