JAMBO 16" Beautiful Lamp- Blue with Yellow/Green Wax, Relaxing Liquid Light, Night Light Nightlight, Home Decor Living Room Office Bedroom Lamp for Adults Teens Kids, Magma Motion

I love this! It's beautiful. It looks beautiful. It's mesmerizing. It gets hot like a lava lamp obviously. So don't touch it but that's like basic for a lava lamp. It is so pretty!.

So I bought my daughter one of these as a replacement for one she bought and was nonoperational. Hers looked great right out of the package. The liquid was a clear pink. We have been using it every day for three days and it's perfect. Seeing how much I liked it my husband encouraged me to buy one for myself. I just opened the box and the blue liquid is very cloudy. Can't see through it at all. It doesn't look like the pictures posted by other customers. I'm heating it up for the first time now and keeping my fingers crossed. I was really looking forward to this. If it clears up I will update my review. If not I'll contact the seller and hopefully they can help me like they did their other customers who had the same issue. It didn't work. The wax melted and started moving but the liquid is so cloudy I can barely see the wax. I returning it and getting a replacement sent. I'm trying to not get my hopes up. At least my daughter's lamp works well. Edit: The defective lamp was picked up and the replacement delivered literally the day after I posted my review. They even offered me a full refund even though I had already gotten the new one. Can't ask for better customer service. The last picture is the replacement lamp. Looks so cool 😎

Stopped working after 2 days. Did what amazon help suggested works great

Straight out the box we were already a little disappointed. The metal base and cap are extremely thin and dainty, and there was a noticeable dent on the base. Cap doesn’t secure on top just sits on top, so it tilts easily. Light bulb that came with it was either already bad or the electrical parts had an issue because we could not get it to turn on no matter how careful we put the bulb in. Directions said the light bulb base can dislodge in transit which can cause it to not work, but I think that is a sign of low quality craftsmanship as it is. You’re definitely getting what you pay for with this. Edit: Updating from 1 star to 4 stars. Seller reached out to offer replacement. I had already been in the process of returning the previous one, but was lazy about sending the package back. Reseller sent replacement with no charge or requirement to send the previous one back, so it was a win-win. Replacement product worked has perfectly fine and I’m loving it so far! Still cheap material but it’s doing what’s intended. Not bad at all!

the metal coil that heats up the wax gets misplaced from time to time, but with frequent use, this is a non-issue and easily solved by turning it on and off again. not to mention, im moving around a lot as a college student, so that could have also misplaced the coil. would recommend!

It’s great! Nice vibe!!

*Update* Jambo read my review & quickly contacted me and offered to refund or send a new one right away. I am grateful that they offer such good customer service. Often amazon sellers are too big & pay for a 3rd party to handle the customer service. Thank you so much for great service! Original: It was beautiful but unfortunately when our daughter plugged it in it the bulb inside exploded! Not the entire thing just the bulb. very disappointing for her as she was excited to see it working. we will be returning. not sure it maybe this type of thing should not be shipped? maybe it was damaged during transport? hopefully the next one works well.

Beautiful lamp! I am so pleased with it. There were a lot of reviews saying their came cloudy but ours is perfectly clear and the colors are gorgeous! I'd say it takes less than an hour to heat up and the lava is flowing as it should. My only main concern is the stability of it. I'll never understand why these lamps don't have a wider more sturdy base. This thing is tall and heavy and hot!!! I got it for my daughter for her space themed room (per her request) plus it looks like a rocket which is really cool, but I'm honestly not comfortable with it. She's responsible and knows not to touch it but it's tall and heavy and could wobble on accident. Don't want a burn or a mess so unfortunately I don't think it will make a permanent landing in her room. Thats the only reason why I knocked one star.

Order a set of two... One is fine The light bulb of the other was broken out of the box 🤷‍♂️ sucks. Update on oct-24-2023 The company reach to me and offer to pay for the buld replacement. And even tho i told them it was probably the delivery compagny s fault they still wanted to cover the buld with the warranty. The way they handle all the matter is worth a mininum of 5 stars!! Thanks again!

El artículo traía el foco roto, la tapa de cono venía raspada y la base donde entra la botella de vidrio estaba asimétrica es decir, no venía en su forma circular, estaba abollada

Just one note, in the Item description needs to be mentioned that it is designed for the 120VAC power supply, not for 220VAC. At first switching on lamp was burned

Looks good

Do not buy it exploded 40mins after warming up
