Both sticks worked great. I have had issues in the past with ordering RAM, where one stick would work and the other would be bad. This often would lead to being required to return both sticks and wait for the new memory to come in, leaving you without a working machine. I took the plunge and ordered the entire 16gb in one shot and I'm glad I did, because I saved myself some money and got 2 great pieces that are working like a champ!

Works good, I just wish I could buy a single stick for half price of two. I have three in my computer and I’d like to have four but I don’t want to buy two more, install one and throw the other in a drawer.

If you want to take full advantage of an older PC's (I have a z77 extreme4 MB running LGA 1155 intel CPU) RAM output this is a very good choice. this RAM rates at 1866 hz but if you leave your bios to it's default it will only run at 1600. So make sure to go in and tweak your RAM settings in your bios to have memory run at 1866 (or 1867 whichever it lists) and change the clock to 133 hz ... that is 133.33333 x 14 If you don't set both correctly you'll get system crashes and stuttering performance, if you leave the deafults it will run at 1600 clocked at 100 (slower) that of course would be 100 x 16

Perfect RAM, no problems running full speed with XMP profile coupled with i7 4770. Heat sinks great color, not too large, dissipate heat very well. G-Skill, as always, continues to impress. Put on Asus z77 Sabertooth board.

I built my Rig from scratch. Unfortunately, one stick worked like a charm, but the other was a complete dud. It set off the beep code of doom no matter which slot it was in whether partnered with its twin or not. I knew it had to be replaced so I set it up to be returned and replaced. So,here I am: I reported the problem on Feb 28th. A day later I had to drop it off at UPS (The 1st). I have to wait till it arrives back with them on the 7th... Only then will they ship out the replacement which should arrive sometime the week of the eleventh. (Which is an eternity as an amazon prime member use to getting two day shipping x.x) Anyway. They were polite, responsive to my emails, and appear in every way to be courteous. Just not as fast as I'd like. I will come back and update this review once I receive the working set sometime a week or two from now. Hopefully I will have a lot more positive feedback concerning the memory itself. :)

didn't see a huge improvement in performance going from crappy 8gb but it installed super easy, looks good and came with a groovy sticker

Product as described. Works as described and had no issues. Just prepare shipping can take a week or more. I would complain about that, but I also don't like being unrealistic. I gave a lower rating on price, because the first set I found a few months ago was about $40 cheaper. Also to be fair these probably aren't produced any more and is a great solution for decent quality RAM.

Worked great with the setup. But it really not 1866mhz ram. So how did i get it to 1866mhz well you have to change the xmp profile into the bios and your all set. Update 6 month later one of stick went bad. Gonna send it back for rma. I've been trying to install the oculus rift software for at least two days. I think this was the route cause.

Came a day late but not a big deal. RAM was installed in less than 5 seconds... no problems whatsoever with it. FYI to anyone upgrading beyond 16GB of RAM using Windows 7 64 bit - windows will recognize upwards of 36gb but will only use 16gb at one time. I learned this the hard way.

The RAM arrived on time, sensibly packed. But not quite as described...slightly BETTER!!! It's described as CL10 (10-11-10-30). In fact it turns out to be the slightly faster (9-10-9-28). So no complaints at all!

Looks good too. Works as it should and sits very nicely in my case. Quite expensive for what it is though.

Good and stable ram but the speeds is made it run are its highest. If you try to clock it higher it will crash.
