Will this 377 battery replace a 377A battery?

A 377 battery is a Silver Oxide type. It is somewhat more expensive than a 377A, which is an Alkaline type. They will both fit the application, but the Silver Oxide type will last longer.

The two batteries will fit 377 or 376 but the watch may not work as long if you install the wrong style battery please refer to manufacturers specs

Can a 377 battery fit my digital thermometer

There are different digital thermometers and they take different batteries. To determine if it would be the correct battery you need the make and model of the thermometer. If you don't have the paperwork for the thermometer, just type in the make and model on google with the word "instructions ." You could also open the thermometer and look at the battery number on the battery if you still have it.
