Does fountain pen ink absorb and dry quickly without bleeding through?

The one I bought does not bleeding through when I use a fountain pen ink. I purchased the paper with straight lines across the page, so I don't know about the thick cream color paper.

Is this compatible with A5 Webster Pages?

The hole spacing is compatible with the Webster pages. The pages sizes are almost exactly the same, with just a very slight difference that should not affect the use of the paper. I trust this helps.

How is the weekly and monthly sections laid out? I plan on using tabbed monthly dividers.

No backside of the monthly calendar goes directly to the next month. I bought it for the same reason, I wanted dividers between the months & you can't do it.
