I bought these as a last resort to help my hemoglobin levels rise to the levels they needed to be for a cosmetic surgery and they were the best thing ive come across. In two weeks my hemoglobin went from 9.1 to 11.2. I took 2 three times a day which is way above the recommended dose but I was desperate and not only did it help my hemoglobin but i had a lot more energy, my skin cleared up and I for once felt healthy. Frankly I think they taste disgusting but I also hate grape/elderberry flavored things. It does leave a metallic/bloody aftertaste sometimes but I can’t complain cause it served its function. 10/10 would recommend and I just bought my second jar.

Purchased for a picky iron deficient toddler. These are small, soft enough for him to chew up and they don't taste like a typical iron supplement. One a day and he's getting better.

I might’ve had higher hopes than I should’ve for these, but they were (to be completely honest) beyond awful as far as flavor. Not to make it sound too graphic — but, to me, 2 gummies were more like melting, coagulated blood balls rolled lightly in something like grape kool-aid (with no sugar).. I forced them down to get my dose of iron for the day, but no exaggeration, I found myself trying anything to get rid of that horrible, blood-like taste. I mean, I totally understand, it’s an iron gummy - what do you expect? Well.. For it to be advertised as tasty as it was hyped up to be, definitely not what I got! I will definitely be sticking to my old school iron pills. If you wanna try to pretend your a vampire once a day, go for it. If you’re looking for something that may actually be somewhat of a gummy treat way to get your daily dose of iron in, this isn’t for you either. C’mon now, Dippin’ Dots! How the heck are you gonna proudly put your name on this product? Just saying.. lol! As far as absorbency, I’d say they do their job. Not taking anymore to really try to notice through my blood work or anything though. Once again — yuck!

The taste is okay. The gummies are easier to swallow than pills. The value for the money is sufficient and the vitamins seem to be effective.

I don't understand some of these reviews. Maybe they changed the recipe but I've been taking these daily (one gummy) for several months and they taste fine to me. They are sweet and fruity. Based on my recent physical, my iron level (ferritin) has improved so I'm happy.
