Been using these patches for a long time now. They work exceptionally well at reliving localized pain in joints. I also like that once on, they will withstand several showers without falling off. Good buy all around.

Does what it it says it does
Pain relief was noticeable and minimal discomfort during use. The ingredients seem to work well, providing both warming and cooling sensations. โ ๏ธThose with latex allergies should be mindful, as the product does contain latex. โ ๏ธ I have extremely sensitive skin and, so far, have experienced no irritation or rash. I recommend removing it with an oil or lotion for easier removal. Overall, it helped relieve my pain.

Works well! Follow instructions to wet with warm water to release after use. Otherwise, ouch!

A friend recommended these. I needed something for my bad back. They did help. They stick very well and stay on.

Good pain relief but NOT hype-allergenic
These did good on joint pain, but my wife and myself BOTH had reactions to the adhesive and had to stop using them. Came recommended by an occupational therepist. I would suggest buy a small quantity to try before investing in the large economy size.

Best back pain relief iv tried
I had a boss that gave me one of these patches to try for back pain and now they are my absolute go to. Better than icy hot, biofreeze, or anything else iv ever tried. You need apply the patch and leave it for a day or so for it to really work. The smell is a bit strong somewhat menthol smelling, but the relief is totally worth it
