Q: Does it come with instructions on how to take care of it?

I have put it in the dishwasher without problem. I don't recall instructions, however they may be included.

Q: How many ounces will this mug hold?

The Description says it holds 12 oz., but it is slightly smaller than my other 12 oz. mug. I would say that it can hold about 10 oz.

Q: Is this mug microwaveable? To reheat?

Never had a chance to put it in the microwave, ran it through the dishwasher after the first use and the outside of the mug peeled off, box does not state " Not dishwasher safe" still waiting on response from manufacturer

Q: One of the mug’s face was upside down. Is there a way to have just one replaced?

Then turn the other one upside down.. problem solved
