If you remove 1 card, will the rest stay in if you turn it upside down?

Honestly? If you turn it upside down it won’t fall out. Now if you put all your force and thrust it, the cards will fall out.

I just purchased this wallet 4-26-21 and the card ejector just broke. how do i get a replacement? please help i love the wallet.
