The buttons are hard to push, and they get stuck when you try to play it

It was a very good instrument
When it needed a minor repair, the company I had a service contract with didn't want to talk about it and advised me to contact Amazon. All they could do was tell me to return it which I did.

Love my new accordion
Received my Hohner 72 bass accordion today and I love it. After reviewing some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical to order one. However, my accordion was delivered on time with no damage. It’s beautiful, plays well and I’m happy I ordered it.
