Collagen is very important to me, I always buy it, and amazon is the best place to buy it from. I used to use different brand, and then I shifted to this one, and then shifted to the one I currently use. This one was really good, and it gives an extended effect, like if you stopped for a week or two, you wouldn't see any lack of its effect. Please make sure to consult your doctor before taking any type of vitamins, or supplements.
