Silky smooth soup
Have no idea how I managed without a Food Mill for so many years. Yes, it was a little pricey but, money well spent. I never imagined making tomato soup so effortlessly by using a Food Mill. Works great and cleans up nicely. Being stainless steel, I needed not worry about rust. Fits together nicely and stores back in box when not being used. Would definitely recommend.

Stainless steel food mill.
This is a beautiful food mill, I used it to make a Bloody Mary mix and it worked perfectly. Assembling is easy and cleaning it is easy. A really fantastic tool in the kitchen. Highly recommend it !

Pretty good
Mine came with some small dings and scuffs like it was used or fell, but looked clean otherwise. I used this to process some buckets of feral persimmons and it did ok on the largest bore plate. The puree still had to been fine sived after because it chopped up some of the seeds too. Kinda difficult to use for what I was doing. Would probably be much more effective with something like tomatos. I like the feet to help hold it steady on a bowl. Got the job done. My puree is good. Easy to clean and put together.

Stainless steel food mill for tomatoes
I would highly recommend this product, it made the process of making spaghetti sauce, quick and effortless, worked as described. Don’t hesitate to purchase this product. I ran it through the course grater first, and then the medium grater to remove the seeds. I am providing pictures and videos of the process and outcome.

Excellent piece of equipment.
Bought it to make tomato passata (after a tomato glut). Works brilliantly. I followed the suggestion I had seen somewhere to use the coarse disc first to remove the skins etc, and then the fine one to remove the seeds. Makes the process easier. Also used it to make really creamy mashed potato. Good solid construction which should, I hope, last well.

Worked as it should. Will use again.
Great quality stainless steel. Easy instructions and it worked as advertised. I had roasted some tomatoes, onions and garlic and froze them last summer. I used the mill on the thawed veggies to make sauce and it worked really well, removing the seeds and skin. The sauce turned out great. I found it easy to clean also.

Works wonderful Great Machine
So, first thing to try was potato's, russet potato's, washed, cut in half (don't even think of peeling) into pot of water. Bring to boil, simmer until they are done to your liking. Drain, run it through the large mill, works perfect, and tastes sooo much better. No skin in the potato's (mill removes the skin), just season to your liking and enjoy. Next had a bunch of tomato's from my cousins garden, washed them, cut them in half, (de stem them) into a pot, stir, bring to boil, heat to low. Cook for about 1/2 hour, stir often. Drain tomatoes to another pot, keep the tomato water. Tomatoes into the mill, med disk, crank away, be sure to scrape the good stuff from the bottom of the mill. Your left with lots of tomato skin up top and goodness in the pot. Screen the tomato water to remove the seeds, add it to your milled tomato sauce. Add your spices to the mix, reduce over low heat. And you have the best base for a tomato sauce the can be used in so many dishes. Clean up is a breeze. Great piece of kitchen equipment, ( will make great Christmas Gifts this year).
