Liposomal Vitamin C 1000mg & Zinc

So I am editing my previous 3 star review and raising this product to 5 stars since it has redeemed itself over time. Although initially I was shocked at the sweetness and the strong vanilla aroma, my husband and daughter absolutely loved it! This says to me it's a bit of a marmite product, you'll either love it or hate it, so you'll have to try it for yourself. Even so, when I tried it again a few months later after buying another bottle it had grown on me a bit and was more tolerable. It can always be disguised by juice or water I guess! The main benefit for me is that it's the only vitamin C/zinc supplement my husband actually 'wants' to take without nagging! He is suspicious of tablets and bulking agents etc, rightly so in many cases! He was suffering from an inflamed prostate after having covid which depleted his zinc levels as well as the fact that he is now 50+ and does heavy weight-training which will also use a significant amount of zinc to maintain testosterone levels. I did some research and suggested he take some extra zinc. He asked me to buy this particular product for him which we had tried months before but I had stopped getting as I hated the taste, it was too expensive for our large family and I preferred taking higher doses of vitamin C. Anyway, I bought it just for him and within a day or so of taking it, he noticed the pain in the prostate area had reduced and a day more it was completely gone! Well this sold it to me! After researching around to topic of the vitamin C, zinc, copper relationship I realised that this company really knows what they are doing and have taken pains to use up-to-date research and to be a transparent as possible. So I have to apologise for my previous 3 star review, based mainly on my personal taste which is highly subjective and the cost, which although is not sustainable for a whole large family in our position, the £22 is probably a fair price for the quality and research behind this product. All in all a definite switch to five stars and I will be buying it regularly to maintain my husband's health.

First time purchase, very pleased after lots of research. A big bottle, it will last a long time, great price too. it is a non clear, thick liquid with a golden honey colour, it smells of vitamins (not surprising at all) with a pleasant aroma, easy to dilute in water or juice, giving it a milky colour. With a small dessert spoon, drink it 3x a day or less if you wish. It is recommended to have it with food and not on an empty stomach. You get the full benefits in this liposomal format without added binders and fillers, etc. Keep it in the fridge once opened.

We've been using this vitamin C for a while now for the children and myself. It has a strong taste but the children managed to take it every day. I believe they have better immunity since we start taking this.

Love this! The taste is really nice (bit like caramel) and so very easy to take. I took before food. I certainly think it helped when I had a cold. I started taking immediately and I think it went quicker than it would have done had I not taken it. Would recommend.

Tastes disgusting! And there is no certification on this product which means it’s not been checked by a registered health authority which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. Do Not Buy!! And they wouldn’t give me a refund. £25 badly spent!

It's a good value product for the size and cost, tastes not great but manageable by adults, my kids don't love the taste so i give them another liposomal vit c for children that tastes like mango and no problem with that one. This vitamin c is very indicated for short periods of time, when sick or with the sniffles because contains zinc, if taken daily zinc depletes our copper reserves that are needed to maintain good color of the hair ( no grays), to prevent iron from accumulating in the tissues and so producing inflammation+ produce enzymes in the the body.

Enjoy the balance of ingredients and thus has replaced squash at our evening meal. We enjoy the taste and use just one teaspoon in a glass although we had initially done 3 teaspoons and still taste good. compared to our other company one that was too sweet this one is actually being used daily and the squeeze bottle is easy to use as we measure it out on a teaspoon and out in a half pint glass

So good product!

My new must-have vitamin C to keep my immune system strong! A bit tart tasting, but I just squeeze a shot in my mouth every morning and I'm good to go!

Très Bon produit ! Fait maintenant deux matins que je prends une cuillère à soupe, et effectivement je ressent l'effet après 3 minutes, ça me réveille, me redonne l'envie de bouger, aide à être actif. texture comme du miel orangé, Gout orange citron, ressemble un peu au gout à un biscuit Pim's Orange. Über die Wirkung kann ich noch nichts sagen, nehme es erst den dritten Tag. Es ist mir aber etwas zu süß, vielleicht weil ich es pur nehme. Finde jedoch die Zusammensetzumg mit Zink, Selen und Kupfer Klasse

Ho letto divèrse recensioni, alcune anche negative e così ho deciso di restare personalmente questa Vit. C lipodomiale e riportare anche la mia esperienza. Devo dire che il sapore è decisamente accettabile, sinceramente non comprendo chi definisce il sapore di questo prodotto "acido"...deduco che non abbiate mai provato acido ascorbico puro! È un sapore molto gradevole essendo vanigliato...probabilmente, come tutte le cose, all'inizio bisogna abituarsi un po' ma non è nulla di così difficile da assumere ben lontano dai saporacci di uno sciroppo da farmacia o, peggio, un antibiotico per bambini (secondo me infatti è fattibilissimo anche per i più piccoli, chiaramente in dosi adatte a loro). Personalmente poi, sono piuttosto delicata di stomaco (ecco perché sono passata alla liposomiale rispetto all'acido ascorbico puro che assumo all'occorrenza) e questa Vit. C non mi ha mai dato problemi. La metto su un cucchiaio di plastica e poi la faccio sciogliere in un bicchiere scarso di acqua. La assumo a stomaco pieno, dopo la colazione (e non la faccio abbondante!) e dopo il pranzo e non ho mai avuto alcun fastidio o disturbo di acidità. Il punto di forza è sicuramente l'energia che ti dà, ritengo sia un supporto davvero ottimo per affrontare la giornata, senza contare che aiuta molto la ripresa in caso di malanni. Dopo la prima bottiglia l'ho ricomprata di nuovo anche perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero interessante visti gli altri prodotti su mercato (e poi odio le capsule giganti!). Lo consiglio almeno una volta da provare, vedrete che lo ricomprerete di nuovo!
