Excellent bread knife and a great value
Bought for the wife. Lynn says: “We bake all our own bread at home, so slicing warm bread was a frequent challenge with our previous, dull knives. This bread knife delivers on all its promises. It came in a beautiful high-end presentation box. It is nicely balanced and a good weight. And wow! Is it sharp! Finition exceptionnelle.
La qualité allemande ce n'est pas une légende. C'est assurément un couteau que vous garderez toute votre vie et que vous serez fier de léguer à votre descendance. Certains avis négatifs sont incompréhensibles. Boulanger-pâtissier professionnel depuis près de 40 ans, je n'avais jamais eu l'occasion de posséder un couteau à pain d'une telle qualité. Et Dieu sait si j'en ai eu des couteaux à pain ! Toutes mes félicitations et mes remerciements à l'équipe de DALSTRONG ! Best bread knife ever!
I thought this knife was too expensive for a bread knife but I went ahead and took a chance. I’m so glad I did! I make a lot of homemade bread and having to slice it all was such a chore and so many crumbs it was ridiculous! This knife slices right thru without hardly a crumb! It is a pleasure to use and now I actually enjoy slicing my bread! Definitely the BEST bread knife ever!! It is well worth the money!

Excellent bread knife.
I was looking for a long bread knife as my bread maker cooks rather large loaves of bread. This knife copes with the size loaf and also copes with cutting larger cakes and cutting them for layering. Great packaging and great value for money. Will be buying more Dalstrong knives as they are needed.

Schneidet wie Butter
Mein altes Brotmesser kam schon mal bei selbstgebackenen Brot nicht mehr richtig durch. Also musste ein neues Messer her. Dieses Brotmesser erfüllt genau meine Vorstellung. Es ist im Griff etwas schwer damit habe ich ein perfektes Gefühl und brauche nicht auch noch den Druck um mein Brot schneiden zu können. Die Klinge ist scharf genug um alle Sorten von Brot zu schneiden. Gut gefällt mir auch, dass die Klinge lang genug ist und einen Schutz besitzt. Hätte mir dieses Messer schon vor langer Zeit kaufen sollen, ich bin sehr zufrieden kann ich nur empfehlen.
