I love these!! I have chronic migraine, meds don’t seem to help. I put half a strip on my forehead which helps numb the pain so I can run errands, walk the dog or have dinner with friends. (When pain is moderate not severed)

If you suffer from headaches, these are life-changing. It feels like instant relief. They stick really well and they last for so long! They have seriously made a such huge difference. I loved using them when I was pregnant, when I wanted to avoid taking any type of headache medication.
