Is it supposed to be a thin consistency? I am used to Vaseline Intensive Care that is thick and fluffy until it expires and becomes loose and thin.

It is thinner in consistency than other vaseline products. I assumed this product did not need to be thick because it is to cover and perhaps nourish or hydrate the nails. I am not an expert.

Anyone know if this will still strengthen your nails if you have polish on or only when your nails are bare?

My nail tech tells me that moisturizing when nails are polished helps keep cuticles from drying and over time and helps keep nails healthy. This is the only product I have found that is both a hand and nail cream.
