I just received the product, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet. I chose the 250 mg strength because the 125 mg version didn't work well for me in the past. One thing I didn't realize before ordering is that this product is made in India. I've attached photos of the packaging and the country of manufacture for anyone who wants to check before buying.
