Is this oven safe at 500 degrees Fahrenheit???

The European made bakeware stayed intact at 450 degrees, but five out of six pieces shattered when the temperature was increased to 500 degrees.

Anyone purchased these between 2021-2022 that's made in USA?

Yes, they are great. They do heat up a bit when placing in the microwave. I use them frequently to make hot cereal.

Is this safe to use in a slow cooker?

I would contact CorningWare to be on the safe side. It wouldn't occur to me to put it in a slow cooker.
