Q: where are these manufactured?

Sorry- I removed from original packing and there are no markings.

Q: How strong are they? What’s it made from? Is it just a card board?

It card board and its able to hold I approximately think around 7lbs. I didn’t weigh it before taking it to my mom’s house. It was 3 round 8 inch cakes on that cake card board. It didn’t any supports in it.

Q: What is meant by "(25 peices of each size)"? Description leads me to believe there are 25 pieces, 10 inch diameter.

There are 25 pieces of only one size in an order. If you order 10", you get 25 of those; if you order 12", you get 25 of those. They are not a mixture of sizes, at least not in the ones I received.

Q: Will this fit in a 10" box or would I need to get a 9" cake board?

These boards are 10" in diameter at their greatest point. Understand that most boxes, storage containers/crates are measured at their greatest measurement, which is the outside measurement. These boards will fit SNUGGLE in a box with an inside measurement of 10 ".
